  I have created an approved layout for a client and need someone to cut up the image and create a Wordpress template.
  
  My time is being diverted onto other design projects and I'd like to outsource the build aspect of this project.
  
  Please provide links to work that you've done with a rough idea of what it would cost to cut up the mock-up, and create the wordpress template.
