  1) An exceptional designer with demonstrated abilities to create clean, innovative, efficient web user interfaces.
  
  2) talented developer adept at using ajax, javascript, css, dhtml, etc. to create their User Interfaces.
  
  You will work with a team of top tier programmers who will handle the "heavy" code.
