Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We have developed a solid business plan and are running a successful pilot program for a unique and innovative internet-based venture with positive short-term revenue projections and are looking for an experienced web developer in Manhattan with entrepreneurial ambitions to participate in the company's founding.
  
  Candidates should be hard-working, self-motivated and familiar with the core online technologies (PHP, JavaScriptAjax/Json, CSS and MySQL), payment processing systems and experience integrating off-the-shelf software components (forums, wiki, web 2.0). The position requires an individual who is able to develop an overall understanding of the project and independently problem solve multi-faceted deliverables. Must be able to start immediately and work onsite full-time in a casual but deadline sensitive environment.
  
  Some cash salary is possible, but primary compensation will be in the form of company equity.
