Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I work on the graphics side. I'm not a $100/hr designer but I like what I do, and do it to the absolute best of my ability. I'd like to meet someone who can take my mock-ups, and work with me to put them into action. This would mean knowing CSS, PHP, MySQL, and additionally Ruby and AJAX would be great.

  Firstly, and most importantly, I am NOT interested in working with ANYONE outside of Portland, Oregon. Now that thats out of the way... I don't have a current project on my plate, but I'm looking to meet a programmer that I can call whenever I have a project that requires anything beyond graphics, so I can bill myself as offering a full service design package. From initial ideas and sketches to fully and beautifully functioning websites. I don't need to see a million web 2.0 companies in your portfolio, but would like to know what you can, and can't do.
