Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a programmer to take up a project I have already coded. Since the site has already been done this job would require keeping up with bug reports and adding new features. Dont be mistaken, this is not a boring upkeep thing, that is just part of it. We also have some interesting projects coming up that would require your service. I can program some, so the work would not all rest on you, I simply want to focus on other parts of the business right now. The site is http://www.Notesake.com - it would require pretty advanced knowledge of cross browser DOM as javascript is widely used on the site.
  
  No firms please, we want a person with real fealings who can add to the project as a member of the team, not just someone who does what we tell them.
