Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  Ajax, PHP, MySQL, XHTML, CSS. If you are capable of producing quality work with photoshop and flash thats a plus.

  I am looking for someone who has a thorough understanding of various programming languages. Should you happen to have skills with Photoshop and Flash, that will work in your favor.
  
  Other qualities that I am looking for:
  
  -Punctual. Understands the need for meeting deadlines and always produces results.
  -Good Communication Skills. You should be able to successfully communicate with other team members and be informative.
  
  Requirements:
  
  -You must NOT be apart of an existing web developement organization.
  -You need to be very familiar with multiple programming languages.

  First of all, I want to tell you the main reason for this post is because I am looking for someone who is interested in joining our team of web designers as mainly a programmer.
