Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  Greetings. I'm currently in the midst of creating a design document for a 3D Action Adventure game, heretofore known as 'Everafter.'
  
  This game involves a psychotic twist on many old fairy tales, mostly Little Red Riding Hood and such, and is based on a comic currently under production by a friend of mine.
  
  Currently, I'm looking for programmers adept in languages such as C++ and Visual Basic in order to aid with the creation of the engine to be used in this game.
