Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a designer who i can work with long term.
  I own my own design company, and am wanting to expand, taking on more work than i currently have.
  
  I need a designer that can provide me with quick, professional templates which i can then take and update with the website content, and PHP where needed.
  
  Designs need to be of high quality. Flash is not required, but if a designer sees fit, feel free. Designers needs to be able to work on any given topic and work to specifications and deadlines.
  
  Fees are negotiable, but i am looking for as low as i can find to keep my costs low.
  
  The more I can charge a client, the more I will pay the designer, so once we agree a base fee I will pay a percentage of the project total, starting from that base fee.
