Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We are looking for an experienced programmer interested in an equity percentage in exchange for services rendered. We are interested in developing a unique web-based system utilizing yahoo and google map API's. Knowledge of Ruby is preferred, PHP is sufficient.
