Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We require table-free design with source-ordered content that can be applied to content management systems. Have plenty of design work available for a strong creative person, preferably one who can also create the CSS templates. We need attractive design to implement on a number client projects.
  
  We most commonly work with TYPO3 for CMS work, an industrial-strength, open source system.
  
  For Ecommerce we most commonly work with Miva Merchant 5.
