Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a partner to help build better web sites with and double productivity. Hopefully, there is a programmer out there just like me... except with a strength in programming rather then design. Most importantly, looking for someone trustworthy to grow their own business with. Must be in Chicago area for this, as I feel it is important to meet face to face with and able to work together and/or remotely, yet still close by. Currently in the lakeview area of Chicago.
