Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for 1 job

  Sports social media site being built in Ruby on Rails is in need of a great designer to team with our developer to work out the look and feel of our site. Content heavy site with lots of dynamically created pages.
  
  Developer will do CSS/XHTML, so all we need is the design.
  
  Right now, we just need work on the home page and some secondary pages, but this could evolve into an ongoing gig or contract-to-hire.
