  Looking for a freelancer to design a fairly easy, static website for me. The website won't contain much dynamic content, and I am only looking for an elegant/simple/professional design as an online brochure for a new startup. I'd like a logo created for it as well. I have a pretty good idea what I want on it (ready to be sent to someone serious to do this). It'd be a home page and about 10ish subpages.
