Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I often have PHP and Python jobs that I don't have the time to work on, but the client needs. I'm looking for a beginner to intermediate developer to supplement my workforce. This is a good opportunity for an apprentice position for developers wishing to work under a mentor to develop their skills. Location doesn't matter but you must be able to communicate and code fluently in English and follow directions.
  
  You can be either a Python or PHP developer, in that case I'll need two people to work with or one person willing and capable to learn.
  
  This is not a full time job but I do have at least 100 hours of work lined up.
