Programmer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I need a simple, 1 page template created so that I can insert my code. I'm just not much of a designer is all.
  
  This should be a simple "web 2.0"'ish layout with the standard layered shadowed background and a 4 block (header, tab navigation, body, footer). I'd be happy to toss over my attempt - it shows the blocks, but lacks any real sort of design.
  
  If things work out on this simple quick task, I sure could use some help with buttons, etc as another project.
  
  At the end of this, I'll need:
  The layered PSD
  The properly sliced HTML
  
  I'm friendly, pay fast, and am easy to work with. However, I'll quickly dismiss work that isn't professional. Previous work samples are always appreciated.
