Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  We are seeking a PHP/MySQL programmer/developer who is experienced with XML gateway webservices. Must be familiar with SOAP, WSDL, REST, etc. Must also be used to working with another programmers source code as you will be working with an existing website.
  
  What we need done:
  
  We would like to add another service search to our personal background search website. To order the search, the user will fill out a registration or sign in. Next, they will fill out the order form with their credit card information as well as the required information for the search (first name, last name, state). After they submit that information, a preliminary search screen will appear with basic results. The results will include all people with similar information as to what the user entered in the order form. This screen is also called a teaser. From there, the user will select a specific person from the list that they would like to receive more detailed information on. Once the user selects the person, they will be charged and the search will be run via the web service provided by a 3rd party data supplier. When our website receives this information, a report containing the information fetched from the data provider will be stored in the users account and our websites database (mysql).
