Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm representing a website that currently is looking for a re-design.
  
  I'm looking for a very advanced designer who is capable of producing a Web 2.0 look and a mock-up / preview sometime soon.
  
  The job includes the designing of 5 (five) pages and creation of graphics upon request (paid monthly).
  
  The preview is NOT paid for, we cannot pay 30 different designers for something we will not use. Watermarked screenshots are fine (as long as they're clearly visible).
  
  Please send samples of your portfolio to deleety __ AT __ gmail __ DOT __ com along with information about yourself and past work experience. The website is an e-shop so if you have any, send me examples of previous similar websites created.
