Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  Still in the design phase, the functionality of the website will work like this one:

  I just got a FT job and I don't have the time to put the programming together. This is where you come in. I'll need you to put together a few base pages acording to my designs. Most likely 4 layouts, including a 'case study' page, which would include several images from a single project. I'd like to be able to scroll through these images without a reloading of the page, I'm guessing this is java script.
  I'll take care of formatting the images for the thumbnails. After you do the first four layouts, I'll be able to finish off putting the website together and loading it up.
  
  What I need from you: a couple examples of websites that you've coded, your hourly rate, and how long you'd expect this to take (keeping in mind the general functionality of the sample website).
  
  We're probably going to be looking to get going on this by early next week.
