Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  I'm looking for a Flash programmer to join me in making simple flash games based on my designs and pixel art. I already have one game live that has been floating around the internet for a few years http://games.dadako.com called "Aquatris". My site currently gets about 40,000 users a month, I would like to expand the games section.
  
  This is a kind of "flash for fun" project with no real revenue.
  
  However I often get given flash work in my line of business that I am unable to do, finding a good creative partner who has a decent sense of design is something I'd like to find for the long term.
