Young executive running a $20 mil. company (which is not doing business with web related stuff). Since the birth of the internet I've been fascinated with this media and how it has changed what and how we do things. I am idea generator by personality have a lot of ideas for the web (some better than others). While I can use use my business skills and experience to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of my ideas, I really need 1 or more programmers to discuss architecture and what-is-possible with. I need somebody to join my off-work idea think tank with whom I can ditch or develop some of my ideas. If any of these materialize (what is the ultimate plan) there should be a mutual dependency on skill sets and as such I am very open to a fair ownership model, in which I (assuming it is my idea) alway will own 51%, 20% will be allocated for angel and VC capital and the remaining 30% will be shared among the rest of the team. In a perfect world, my programmer(s) will live in the Bay Area, but I realize that we live in a virtual world and that the beauty of the web is collaboration without boundaries.
