My name is Trevor Slocum, I'm a guy, I'm 17 years old, and I live in Northwest Washington, in the United States of America.
My programming skills mainly include four years of experience with PHP, two years of Visual Basic 6, and one year of Visual Basic .net. I'd like to learn perl and C++ when I have the chance.
Recently I have taken up an interest in Firefoxadd-ons. I have created a popular extension for Secret Word of the Day, a project I run, and you can view/download the extension here. The extension uses XUL for structuring and Javascript for the dynamics. It also uses AJAX to fetch the new data, which gives me some experience in that field.
Most of my time is spent working on various projects I run mainly for knowledge, rarely with a goal of actually creating something people will use. When I'm stuck on a problem, or taking a break, I work on improving my solving time of Rubik's cubes. A recent video of myself is available.
