I am currently a freelance web developer. I am looking for a web designer to help me with my projects. I wish for this designer to be proficient in Adobe CS3/CS4 Design Applications especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash. I would also like it if this designer can draw as well. Finally, I would like them to know HTML/XHMTL and CSS. My skill set is below.
