I am a co founder of a business based classifieds website with extensive managerial skills but only an average knowledge of simple programming and webdesign.
I am looking for an experienced Web deisgner and programmer to join our team as a founding member of the business. The member must be capable of modifying our current website on an 'as required' basis as well as being able to add additional components to improve the website and the company. These components will probably need some custom coding.
Our preferable partner should be Australian based eagar to participate in weekly/monthly meetings and possess similar motivation as our team towards Company growth and sucess.
