Although I have been involved with several academic institutions, sports teams, clubs and groups, this does not define what I would be like as an employer. I am a hard working individual and believe in earning what I receive. Mediocre work is never the standard with me and I try to mold my work to be above and beyond what is asked. I believe in bettering myself and challenging myself, even if I am in a comfortable position. This is one of the main reasons I am pursuing my Masters degree. With me you will not receive a complacent employer who goes through the motions, but I am a motivated team worker. I believe in ignoring groupthink and being original, as this can only help innovate whichever environment we all end up in.
