I am the director of a <a href="http://matzat.org.il">non-profit org</a> that specializes in web development for Jewish organizations. I have worked for dozens of notable institutions and have a reputation as a leading designer working on Jewishly-themed projects. My own sites include <a href="http://jewschool.com">Jewschool.com</a>, one of the most popular Jewish weblogs online, as well as <a href="http://radicaltorah.org">RadicalTorah.org</a> and <a href="http://orthodoxanarchist.com">OrthodoxAnarchist.com</a> (which you shouldn't judge me on as I've just moved Orthodox Anarchist to Wordpress and am using a default theme).
Though I am proficient in XHTML and CSS 2, can hack my way through PHP and Javascript and am very comfortable at the Linux command-line, I specialize in project management for advanced web projects, including custom content management systems. While in my tenure as the full-time webmaster for the <a href="http://jccmanhattan.or">JCC in Manhattan</a>, I oversaw the user interface design, and functional development of a content mangement system that is now being licensed to dozens of organizations around the United States.
