I enjoy what I do. I love the freedom and flexibility of managing my own time as I see fit. But that doesn't mean I like to slack off. I am very motivated and ambitious in growing my business. These days, I'm looking to project manage a little more. Certainly I do a lot of work on each project or site, but I would like to focus more effort in keeping the client around after delivering them their website. It's just the first step in having a site, it's a different story when trying to make that website successful.
I believe I can bring in quality clientele and close deals, but what I offer to them are reasonable non-inflated rates. No, not cheap.. just reasonable. What I am looking for are reliable and talented individuals who want to work with me, not for me. I don't like to micro manage anything. Just do what you do, and get shit done.
