I'm experienced as an amateur Web Designer and Developer
Remember that amateur means I do it for love (It doesn't mean that I'm inexperienced !). I've been creating web pages since 1996.
I'm also gaining experience as a professional.
I work primarily with XHTML and CSS and can do a few basic things with javascript, CGI (Perl), and PHP.
Drupal:
I can develop sites with Drupal (see second, third, and fourth sites and the guestbook for the last site listed). I can modify some basic Drupal themes using Drupal 4.7.
