We are a New York based firm looking for a designer that will work on a hourly basis on a need-per project basis. We are a web based firm working on multiple projects. Only requirement is that the hired individual will have to sign an NDA (not too bad :) )
Should love the web, and enjoy web 2.0 design.

Technical skills that are a plus: dhtml, xhtml, Flash Pro 8, css, designed in the past for RoR (Ruby) based sites
