I am an independent programmer/IT dude from Greater Philadelphia currently living in Frederick, MD (I regularly travel between Philadelphia and DC for jobs). I’ve been working on a complicated PHP program for a couple months and frankly I’m tired of working on it by myself! The program is a side project I’m developing because One, php is awesome, and Two, I think it has the potential to be a widely used web service. Without getting into detail, the web service is for financial institutions to operate more efficiently with eachother and their merchants.
