I am in Interactive Production Manager at an advertising agency with locations in Columbia and Kansas City, MO and Calgary, Alberta. We currently outsource our programming needs to freelance web developers. I work with programmers from all over, location should not be an issue. I handle Account Service, Information Architecture, Quality Control and Testing and design.
We typically look for talented developers with knowledge in PHP, MySQL, CSS, Java, Flash, etc. Would be great to bring someone with .NET experience on board when clients need it.
We regularly have many interactive projects that consistently come through, so we can provide more than just one off projects and understand website development.
