Brandon Gadish is the Founder and CEO of Landlord Technology LLC. Over the last 14 years, Brandon purchased, managed, and sold numerous investment properties. Through experience and understanding the needs of investors and property managers, Brandon established Landlord Technology LLC Landlord Technology helps landlords by handling the most difficult and often most frustrating parts of owning and managing properties through services such as automatic rent collection, tenant screening, and we can even guarantee rent payments to the landlord ach month; all at a fraction of the cost of hiring a traditional property management company.
Brandon graduated from Idaho State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. In 2001 Brandon began his career in Engineering and quickly moved into managerial positions responsible for more than $100 Million of construction budget and scope. Brandon continued to pursue his passion for real estate, and in 2009 launched a startup company. That startup company named Landlord Technology now serves landlords and property managers throughout the United States. The company continues to grow and is positioned execute Brandon’s vision of expanding to provide services internationally.
Brandon’s primary focus is developing and maintaining strategic relationships and providing superior customer service to support the continued growth of Landlord Technology. Brandon also continues to partner with and mentor real estate investors specializing in non-traditional real estate investment strategies.
