Having retired from the shipping industry, in a country with 7,000 islands, has kept me thinking about how the lives of people travelling between these islands could be improved with the help of some very simple web applications. Unfortunately, I know very little about software development to be able to get these ideas off the ground.
My idea of project collaboration is for me to detail the functions or parts of the application for development of a pay per use application. Completed application shall be jointly owned by the developer and the concept owner.
