I'm an experienced team leader, and I'm looking to find a few associates to work with on a number of unrelated projects. I'm good at keeping group members on task, insuring overall project integrity, and effectively delegating responsibilities. However, my programming experience allows me to empathize more effectively with developers I work with rather than impartially requesting a specific functionality.
I tend to focus on game development and viral applications. It's a hobby turned career. In fact, my first major programmer and I met in an indie game development competition where he and I took second and first place, respectively.
That said, I want someone who I can relax and talk with freely. Routine Skype conferences will be expected. And the sooner you can get in touch with me and get started the better.
