I am a serial entrepreneur, in charge of as many duds as successful ventures. I've started teaching myself JavaScript recently, desperately late, as most of you started as young teens. I admit, the programming side of any given project will always remain the side I contribute the least amount to. I'm working day and night to perfect the logic of writing code but I'd much prefer to meet and put the prodigy into business. The one who feels natural at his art...like I do with certain subjects. I prefer to think of myself as the creative visionary with the charisma to boot (I'm not arrogant, I'm not bragging, this is just the case. I'm in touch with my abilities) Also, I'm good with numbers and patterns (in fact, I like them) and feel as though my work with finances as well as team coordination is what I bring to the table best. Â
I'm a freshman at LSU in Baton Rouge juggling the startup culture (or lack thereof down south) with academia. I double major in International Trade & Finance and Marketing Strategy. I'm involved heavily with the Student Finance Association and the Student Incubator (they focus way too much on infrastructure for my taste). But I'm focused most on the people I meet and I want/need more programmers in my life. You guys are a fascinating bunch and I've learned more in the past year than I ever have before because of the things you are capable of. Let's meet, I like Skyping.
