Mainly a designer, I am good with HTML, CSS, and I can also animate with Flash and Actionscript 2. I have a good understanding of Javascript, MySQL databases, Apache, and PHP.
I am a website designer for individuals and small businesses. Some of my favorite clients are artists, writers, and other freelancers.
My clients generally have either a lower budget or a long and gradual project build up to the final product so that they can afford their web presence, though in certain cases this is changing and I'm landing some bigger projects. I would love to network with some advanced PHP and Ruby on Rails programmers to help with those occasional projects.
