We need someone who can come to the site with basic networking knowledge. They must have familiarity with Microsoft operating systems along with garden variety Linuxes. They must be an excellent Python programmer or at least have experience with a similar programming language such as Ruby. They must have a strong working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle). They must be familiar with modern web programming technologies and transport layers: AJAX, XML, JSON. They must be interested in developing large scale distributed systems that involve many working components!
