Entrepreneur looking for a Writer for long-term partnership

  Bit of a broad one this:
  
  Disposable Media is looking for new staff in all areas. If you're not familiar with us, we're a free online PDF magazine available at www.disposablemedia.co.uk which comes out roughly bimonthly.
  
  All work is strictly unpaid. Hopefully writers will start getting review material to work from, but that is far from a promise. You will get to say you've worked for DM on your CV though and with 10000 readers per issue and that isn't a bad thing at all. Disposable Media is well known and well respected amongst a great many important people.
  
  Writers
  
  We're specifically looking for people interested in games, music, films and comics to help pad each section out. Past experience is a bonus, but not a requirement and all applicants are expected to provide some samples of their work. As well the magazine we are looking to expand into providing regular reviews on a currently work-in-progress website so we are looking to expand greatly in this area.
  
  Designers
  
  All design work is credited and ideal for inclusion in a portfolio and it is possible for design work to be quite individual, each article is created by a specific individual with the advice of the rest of the team. Professional experience is a bonus, but not required. Disposable Media is created using Adobe Indesign CS2. If you have experience with it and are interested in joining the design team, get in touch with some samples.
  
  Illustrators
  
  We are looking to get some illustrators on call for when they are required. Personal style is important and in each case you will work specifically with the designer of the article to create a final piece. Past experience is not required, but you must be prepared to work to specific briefs.
  
  
  All applicants must be capable to work to tight, though reasonable deadlines. All organisation is online and each staff member is expected to comment on and criticise other work to ensure the highest standard throughout.
