Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  This will be a long term venture. Looking for a designer that is responsible and knowledgeable with all current design technologies/trends out there. Must be able to code your layouts in XHTML and CSS. Other programming is a plus but not necessary. Must be located in the US. Also looking for someone that is a freelancer.
