Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a stable freelance developer who I can work closely with over the years on a mixed bag of projects ranging from quick and easy to complex and challenging.
  
  Reliability and high attention to detail are crucial - high quality code and logic, not the sloppy stuff. osCommerce experience would be fantastic! Most projects require a solid knowledge of PHP with mySQL. I need someone who is fast because they know exactly what they are doing, so you should have quite a substantial portfolio already. (Sorry, I cant risk working with a beginner at this stage.)
