Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

Required Knowledge
PHP5, object-orientated ideal but not necessary, either MS or MySQL db, flexibility, reliability, dedication, only UK based, freelance (self-employed), portfolio ideal, experience ideal (sample code required before-hand). I do not expect you to memorize books and know everything by heart (the internet is always there), but knowing how to work out how to tackle issues is essential.
Additional Info
My software is currently being used in the aviation industry, looking into expanding into train/ship/vehicle industry once completed. Details on request. As I am currently doing research on other projects there might be even more work coming your way.
