I design, I program, I assess usability, I integrate systems, I manage projects, I write proposals/specs/documentation. I've been at this for a loooooong time (over 10 years). Lately it seems the thing I do most is help people when they don't know what they need to do next. I play well with others and can talk to clients comfortably.
Programming languages (from most experience to least):
XHTML, Javascript (use AJAX extensively), ColdFusion, PHP, SQL, ASP/VBScript, CSS, Actionscript, XML/XSLT, Perl. Trained in C++ and Java (but not used on projects). Acquainted with .NET (but not used on projects).
Highly familiar with:
Adobe Homesite, Dreamweaver, Flash MX Professional 2004, Photoshop and Illustrator; Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS), SQL Server, Office and Windows Sharepoint Services; Apache, MySQL/PhpMyAdmin, Perforce, and a wide variety of other software packages.
