  First of all this program is possible because I already know one program that is similar to this. It is basically gaming platform for the game DOTA and some other games, but I only need it for this game called DOTA, it is a mod from well known Blizzard game called Warcraft 3, I had contacted with a official game builder and he gave me green light, also if You agree to build this platfrom for me I will get all needed licenses from Icefrog and Blizzard if needed, I will contact them both again and provide You with our emails from my contact with them so You can be sure everything is legal..
  The program should basically connect players so they can play the game online together like they are lan, so I guess as I understand, the program should create some kind of virtual network to simulate like players are in lan so with the LAN option in game they connect in the same game and play. For the programmers that have experience in games I am sure it will be no problem to understand what I am searching for. Price is negotiable but what is important for me are this key points in the program:
  1) The program will function on client-server basis where people will download client from my web site and connect with it on the server. Program will have like rooms for people from different continents -USA EU AZIA..
  2) It must be stable program and delay or lag as gamers says must be very small so they gamers can play games without problems. Its normal delay to be bigegr when players from a long distance play same game but when lets say players just from europe play in one room and same game games should be without lag or delay.
  3) The program will have normal members that are any free members that will register and can enter room and start playing games, but the number of rooms and people that can enter them will be limited so when they are full only paid members can enter full rooms, normal members should wait until they can enter rooms. There will be also moderators, that are people that will manage rooms and whole program. And of course I want access to the server with all rights to change rooms make rooms delete and edit rooms ect.
