  Quantitative Programming, at least Masters degree in numerate discipline, C++, Java, XHTML, UI design, exposure to Matlab a plus

Business and marketing plans are in place as is the functional software design and models; there is a prototype that needs to be expanded to take this venture into proof-of-concept and monetization.
