Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  I'm looking for a designer to partner with several top-notch programmers. We've got great CSS, HTML, Cold Fusion & PHP skills, and we create really accessable sites... But good programmers don't make the best designers. And bad design doesn't sell new customers!
  
  We just need some good graphic design that won't be dependent on a slice & dice picture layout. Good clean design, colors that don't clash... (we can be pretty typical programming nerds, and sometimes need help dressing in the morning... Ok, if we're at work at 8am, it probably means we pulled an all-nighter!)
  
  If you need programmers to bring your designs to life, give me a holler! Young designers needing to beef up their portfolio are welcome too!
