Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am seeking a programmer/partner who is willing to work with me to develop a web-based product. The position will not be paid initially, but as the the product develops and becomes usable, pay will be negotiated. Seeking someone who is preferably in the Chicago-land area.
