Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I'm looking for a programmer who can implement the jQuery scrollTo functionality (http://demos.flesler.com/jquery/scrollTo/) on a site I'm building. I've built the CSS page, I just need some one to help with the button clicks which will scroll a div around inside another div and centre-align it.
