if you can code a clean markup of xhtml/css for a typical static site for under $200 then I would keep all the work with you vs. coding myself and or outsourcing. I would like to mainly focus on building my clients' on-going needs of marketing to make their new websites be successful. I do however get their business initially because they need websites. I am kinda losing touch with design and it's too costly (time) for me to keep doing. I can project manage that area and really excel at meeting all the clients expectations thus gaining their long term business and referrals.

I have 1-2 jobs that need design ASAP. all my clients are from different industries so someone who thrives from doing different work would like what I have coming in.
