Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  I'm an Entrepreneur / Designer / Programmer doing my best to handle an increasingly large demand for online applications & websites.
  
  I've gotten to the point where I am unable to handle the workload on my own, & that's where you come in.
  
  I'm looking for a designer who can take a little direction & then use their creative skills to come up with something brilliant in many situations. As I stated above, I am a designer myself, so I'll always be around for guidance, inspiration, or constructive criticism if you need it.
  
  Someone with a good work ethic, an eye for fresh designs, & fair business practices is a perfect fit for this position.
  
  I'm a really laid back guy, & I like to surround myself with similar people.

  I am primarily a Ruby on Rails, formerly PHP5, developer. ( Just in case you're wondering what kind of applications your design's will be going to work in.. ;D )
  
  I'd be willing to accept a per project payment schedule, hourly, or even trade.
