Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Have an idea for a useful site tha thas been brewing in my head for a while. Its an old idea with new twists. I am willing to plan out the fucntionability and make a design. Need a programer to make it a reality. Would love to do it in Ruby on Rails but PHP is okay too. Can pay a little, but would rather have a partner to share profits with ( god willing! ).
