Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  All you really need to know is back end stuff, prove that you know PHP & MySql well and your good to go! I am looking for someone you can communicate well, is passionate about web design, and is interested in making some money! You need to be able to write clean well commented code, using modern techniques. If your prefer a framework that's ok as well.
